Marker A Marker is employed for high-roller games when a gambler begins his or her action on credit established earlier at a particular casino. The buy-in's established with the boxman & a marker (Lammer) from the ones generally utilized to keep track of the "House Bank" is set out on the table to signify the buy-in's dollar amount.
Marker Play When a player starts his/her action on house credit established earlier.
Marker A plastic disk that dealers use to indicate the point on the Craps table. When the marker is positioned so that the side with 'off' written on it is face up, then all free odds wagers have no action on the next roll of the dice.
Midnight betting that the number 12 will appear on the following roll.
Money Plays Announced out loud by the dealers when a player places a cash wager on the table. Typically heard is "Money Plays to the Table Limit."
Monster Roll A hot roll of the dice lasting over 20 minutes or generating lots of winnings for the players.
Mop Slang for the stick used by the stickman to reposition the dice.
My First (2nd, 3rd etc.) Calls made by a Stickman/Dealer to reference the position of gamblers when paying off bets and/or making change.
