Are men better gamblers than women?
Of course men are better gamblers than women. Not!
C'mon, anyone believing this sort of nonsense ought to be... well... sneered at. This assessment is not only distasteful; it's also totally ignorant of the fact that both men and women are equal, unless the woman is a blonde, of course. Just kidding folks.
Men are said to gamble more often than women, and play poker and other games requiring certain elements of skill, while women tend to prefer the exciting rush that comes from playing slots, roulette and craps games etc. But at the end of the gambling day, what matters most is not which game one plays, or how much a player wins (or loses), but how much pleasure he or she derives from gambling. Statistics indicate, interestingly enough, that male gamblers tend to lose significantly more than women.
